  3. 1) zero....women are smarter than men...therefore more of them are smart enough to get out of jury duty....also, in the above case neither prosecution nor defense want women of any kind on the jury...since the jury is picked of those seventy and bias amd peremptory challenges exhausted you have a jury of 10 men 2 women......the remaining for alternates is 5 men and 1 woman...not going to answer the other questions but i have given you all the information you need to figure out felony or misdemeanor and what kind of case it is
