Where is a good place to find a vinyl or plastic raincoat for women?

I want it to be something cute. like not solid colors or brown or black and I cant seem to find them anywhere!! Help!!! :D thanks for the replys.. tried target and the review for the one i liked were not good at all! bummer! and i like the ones at old navy too but i think those are a little too thin then i was looking for

2. Old navy is selling cute ones that come in little bags that fit into pocketbooks, i saw them in store they were yellow and red fun colors, but not sure about on line they were 20$

I got a rain jacket there about ten years ago and it lasted SO long until it was stolen (why I bought a new one).
