I need a raincoat that matches these boots....?

I've been searching for days and I haven't been able to find ANY :/ I don't even have to have these boots---anyone know of cute resonably priced raincoats with hoods in general for a woman? I'm 5'1 so I like the parka ones, that cut of at the knees? PLEASE HELP : . (
