Italia Jackets

Help finding Italia jacket..?

Or something similar to it? It's for a Birthday gift. This one is green, obviously, and has Italia across the chest. On the shoulder, it has a badge with the Italian flag on it. I think the brand was Self-Esteem, though I am unable to find it.
