where can I find a womens small ireland soccer jacket under $50?

I want a green irleand soccer jacket but all the ones I find on the web are men's and they come in medium, large, and XL, where can I find a women's small? I know that these are coming in style, you see all the people w/ "Italia" or "Mexico." Well, I'm irish and I want an ireland one!
