What are some safe ways to shrink a suede jacket?

i have a suede varsity jacket with embroideries on the front and back. What are some safe ways that i can shrink it without damaging the jacket or cause it to lose color.

1. there are none that i know of. i think your best bet would be to take it to a seamstress.. they'd have to have the proper sewing equipment for leather. lots of luck !!!!!
2. Probably you could buy a new one for the cost of alteration, which is the only way to make it smaller. leather does not shrink.
