What are some good outerwear jackets for men in Japan or Korea?

Well I've always been curious and wanted to ask this question, but especially in Japan and Korea I always see that each individual has around 10-20 jackets. For mens as well they seem to have very nice suede jackets with fur lining around the neck and I always envy them. If anybody knows especially if your Japanese or Korean please answer this question.
