How to get mud out of a suede jacket?
I have a pink suede trenchcoat jacket with a matching tie belt. The problem is, I didnt tie the belt and let it hang one day and it ended up getting dragged through a little bit of mud. Since its only like the first 6inches or so of the belt, I dont want to take the whole thing to get professionally cleaned. Is there anything I can clean it with to get it out??

- then just go to the cleaners and get the belt done
- go to the cleaners and only ask them to do what you need to be cleaned, and not the whole thing!~ good luck!~
- try an old toothbrush or something with soap..or if u have any carpet cleaner or stain remover...but test that first on the side 2 make sure it dont discolour ya belt...hope that helps..
- First don`t use any liquid or solvent to try to get it out. Wait until the mud dries completely and try brushing it with a gentle brush followed by a dry sponge or an eraser. You could also just take the belt to be cleaned which is not the best solution because there might be problems with the colour matching afterwards.
- dry cleaners.. that or a lot of miracles!
